Did you ever cover your hand in Elmer’s Glue and wait for it to dry a bit… then slowly peel it all away like a second skin? Well, that’s what my fucking thumb looks like from all the random chub pics I took this past weekend at GenCon. Holy fuck, it was like wall-to-wall sexy beary beasts… And the above comic isn’t even that unreasonable… I saw several guys with about half their belly hanging out, but more than anything else – this place was asscrack central. It’s a convention of people bent over tables for fucks sake – and it’s delicious for those of us who chase the chub.
I found myself perfecting the art of taking hip shots of guys while my camera was poised in a non-threatening manner… They never knew what was coming… Nor that I would be cumming… to them. *cough cough* There were well over 200 pictures taken, and a little over 100 of them were solid enough that I would consider them worth posting…

Sorry man, but this has just gone too far. It’s one thing to enjoy it when it happens, it’s another thing to act like a perv with your camera. And when you publish these pictures, you are breaking the law.
Really? This is “too far”?
By that definition, any picture on the internet of a woman at a Ren-Faire with her cleavage showing, or a girl at a game convention in a chainmail bikini… those were all taken by “pervs”? I say that term in jest – but you’re welcome to your own opinion. I didn’t wander into a bathroom and take pictures over stall walls. These were people walking around who were being admired for their physical appearance, something which honestly – some of them might not have been used to.
As far as “breaking the law” – “In accepting this badge and in consideration for being admitted to the Event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio and/or visual means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media, including without limitation the internet, worldwide in perpetuity”. So – yeah, no laws being broken there.
@Tim – Frankly, I think you are the one that has gone “too far”. Bob did an amazing job of photojournalism this past weekend, presenting pics of big handsome men attending a major gaming convention. So what? Obviously, quite a few Fans of this comic would find these big bears and chubs VERY attractive too… but why is that a big deal?
Your suggestion that he in some way acted perversely, or against the law is ridiculous, if not downright insulting. If these pics had been posted on some gamer fan-boy website, no one would have thought a thing – except maybe, “wow this guy took a lot of pics of fat guys” – but because the site is run by a chubby/bear chaser that changes everything, right? WRONG. Get over it, Tim, and enjoy the pics – no one is hurt, there is no crime, and some guys who most likely ignored by most people are getting a little attention.

actually all of those people would have been out in public, you can take pictures of them all you like. actually posting on your site I believe is a violation, i’m not positive about that, you cannot generally post pictures you take of unsuspecting people and post them in a public venue, i’m looking for the link of what you can and cannot do with photos taken from a public place now

I must say, the pics are fairly nice. And no harm, no foul. And these guys need the appreciation, because most likely they don’t get their fair share of it. I see nothing perverse, illegal, or in any way offensive.
@KubStrykyr: He’s positioned nicely too for me to get at him a bit, just need #21 to lean back a little more to give me full access to his lovely nether regions.
@Tim: You’ve never owned nor operated a website have you? In public areas and places, you can be filmed, recorded, photographed, audio recorded, etc with or without your consent which can be placed in public, open, non commercial, open source and/or completely free locations without violation of any laws and without the need for consent forms to be signed. Don’t like it? Go live under a shrub and hide yourself. You’re likely one of those people that bitch when you speed and then get a ticket in the mail knowing full well your face photo was taken while driving by a speed trap camera.
Since there’s another Glenn on here, I’m officially using my fursona’s name here now =P to avoid any possible confusion due to stupidity or something.
I don’t take pictures of the random guys I encounter who turn me on, but I do look at them in a way that would probably get me arrested if the guy were an attractive young woman.
There is certainly a double standard. Sometimes it works against us…. and sometimes, it just works.
As far as the legality of publishing these photos goes, the attendees of the convention give legal consent when they purchase the badges to allow public photography and give permission to publish in perpetuity. All the legal info is on the back of the badge.

I have friends that do this, but I haven’t got the nerve to do it. Well, I managed to squeeze off a couple of shots with my cell phone of guys with hawt butts, but that’s about it. And my cell phone kinda sucks as a camera.

Wow the con pics are great. Nerdy chubs are my favorite. There’s nothing as good as cuddling on the couch with a chub for some PS3 (except for watching a chubby guy play Wii).
